The Pre-Primary Assistant Teacher works closely with the lead teacher to create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment for young children. This role focuses on supporting daily classroom routines, guiding children through play-based learning, and helping meet their emotional, social, and developmental needs. The assistant teacher plays an important part in nurturing curiosity, independence, and positive behavior while ensuring that every child feels supported and encouraged.
